Can you think about making a cupcakes with just 3 ingredients..an you guess it..This is the question which i raised in my facebook page. I got random answers from my viewers, one of my viewer replied that it has mayonnaise it. I was so surprised to hear that. Because i never thought that you could add mayo in a cupcake. But i realized that it is true when i came across this recipe which was immediately marked in my to do list.
OK here i deliver the ingredients..They are nothing but Nutella, Self Raising Flour and a Egg. I could never imagine a cupcake with just these ingredients, but it really works. These are just so amazing and came out perfect.
I made it into mini cupcake, those cupcakes turned out too cute, you just want to pop few in your mouth immediately. But you can make into regular cupcakes, but they will take a little more time to bake, say 15 to 18 mins..They will be just as perfect.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10 to 12 mins
Decorating Time : 10 to 15 min
Makes : 8 to 10 mini cupcakes
Ingredients:
Self Raising Flour - 4 tblspn (See Notes)
Nutella - 3 tblspn
Egg - 1
For Frosting:
Nutella
Coloured Sprinkles
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C / 360 Degree F.
Take Nutella, egg in a bowl and mix well till combined.
Add in the flour and mix well to combine.
Now line mini muffin tray with mini cupcakes cases. Spray it with some oil.
Spoon a tblspn of batter in each cupcake cases.
Bake it for 10 -12 mins. Now remove from the oven and let it cool down.
When it has cooled, frost it with some nutella using a piping bag or just using a spatula.
Top it with some sprinkle and enjoy each mouthful.
Notes:
If you cannot find self raising flour, you can use 3 tblspn of all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt

It looks appealing, no wonder even older and younger generation would like it. This is a best receipt which can make your party table more attractive.
I never though Nutella can be used as an easy topping. Also it gives a "yummy" look to the cup cakes.
