    About Chocolate Sponge Muffins Recipe

I love baking muffins more than anything else. Not only because it is easy to make, but it makes a great thing to have as morning breakfast. I am not a big morning person, but i like to enjoy a warm muffin in the morning along with a cup of tea, coffee or in my case a cup of green tea.

Ingredients For Chocolate Sponge Muffins Recipe

    All Purpose Flour / Maida

Maida requires more oil or butter when baking or cooking because it is lighter and rises faster, which is why bakers prefer maida to atta. All-purpose flour can be used for a variety of tasks, including baking, cooking, coating meats and vegetables, and thickening sauces and gravies. To manufacture all-purpose flour, a blend of
hard wheat (which has more gluten) and soft wheat is crushed together.

    Cocoa Powder

Cocoa powder is primarily used as a flavouring agent in baked goods such as cookies, ice cream, dairy drinks, and cakes. Aside from flavouring, it is also used in the production of coatings for confectioners or frozen desserts. Cocoa powder is also used in the beverage industry, for example, to make chocolate milk.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a chocolate muffin and a chocolate cupcake?

The fluffy batter is what gives cupcakes their soft, spongy texture. Muffins, on the other hand, are moist and dense. Another important difference between a cupcake and a muffin is that cupcakes tend to have more sugar and so they're a lot sweeter than muffins.

What is the origin of muffins?

It is difficult to say when the first muffin was made, but the first
official recipe for one was printed in the 18th century, derived from
the German word muffe (translating to "small cake").

Why muffins are better than cupcakes?

Cupcake recipes typically have a much higher sugar and fat content. This results in sweeter, moister cupcakes with finer crumbs. Muffins usually have fruits, nuts, and other ingredients mixed into the batter to compensate. As a result, muffins are generally thought to be healthier than cupcakes.

U can keep cakes at room temp for 2 to 3 days. You can store bread also in room temp for 3 to 4 days. If u want to store it for long time then store in fridge and reaheat it as needed
