Strawberry Jelly Pudding Recipe

Puddings are a easy way to include fruits in your kids diet. The jelly like texture is everyones favourite..This pudding is my latest discovery and i am in love with it..The jelly is sweet and a little tart which is just perfect..

After i made the pudding, i was looking through my bakeware collection to find a mould to set this pudding. I got this beautiful rose mould which i happened to buy couple years back and didn't use even once..I thought of setting this puddding in that because of the colour. This will be a perfect desert on valentines day, nothing would be perfect than strawberries right?
