Eggless Whole Wheat Chocolate & Apple Muffins Recipe - Vegan Apple Chocolate Muffins Recipe

This is a very healthy muffin recipe made with wheat flour, apples..The original recipe calls for 1/4 cup of oil and chopped apples are added in the muffins. But i modified the recipe and used just a tblspn of oil, instead i added grated apples which made the muffins so moist.

This recipe is made with whole wheat flour and since it has apple in them, these make a great breakfast muffin recipe.

Past few weeks i was in full of muffin mood, I made quite a bit of muffin recipes as well..I have made few more recipes coming up..So stay tuned..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

  6. Awesome... I just came to know about your blog a couple of weeks back. I tried the bread recipe and it came out well. I am goinng to try this too. I am a Vegan, I would love to have recipes with whole wheat, instead of maida and avoiding milk products. I tried your recipes replacing milk with almond milk and it came out really well. Even for that matter, soya milk is also good.. Just thought of sharing this with you... Thanks for sharing your recipes...
