This is a very healthy muffin recipe made with wheat flour, apples..The original recipe calls for ¼ cup of oil and chopped apples are added in the muffins. But i modified the recipe and used just a tblspn of oil, instead i added grated apples which made the muffins so moist.

Awesome... I just came to know about your blog a couple of weeks back. I tried the bread recipe and it came out well. I am goinng to try this too. I am a Vegan, I would love to have recipes with whole wheat, instead of maida and avoiding milk products. I tried your recipes replacing milk with almond milk and it came out really well. Even for that matter, soya milk is also good.. Just thought of sharing this with you... Thanks for sharing your recipes...

      Hi Aarthi!

I am a big fan of you. I try most of your recipes and they came so gud. Thanks a lot for your pictorial presentation, which gives us a better understanding of the recipe. I have a question on whole wheat muffins which you posted on august 11th, can we skip cocoa powder in the recipe, if so what can we add as a substitute for that?

      Thanks in advance.

This took way to long to cook and i even bumped up the temp to 300 after the first 25 minutes. You should never bake something as low as 180 say its only going to take a half hour. this took an HOUR to cook all the way.
