Millets Tikki Recipe - Samai Tikki Recipe - Healthy After School Snacks for Kids

Millets plays a important role in my family diet, i cook quite a lot using them and try to include it atlease once a week. Few days back i showed you how to cook samai or little millet. From that i got some leftover, which i stored in a air tight container in fridge.
It was sitting in fridge for couple of days and i wanted to use them in some recipes. Finally i decided to make a delicious millets tikki using that and the result it turned out so delicious and healthy snack.

Since i had samai / little millet i used that, you can use varagu, kuthiraivali or thinai for this too. It will be equally delicious.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
