This modak was in my mind for very long time. But because of my laziness i didn’t make it in advance. But i made it for today and i am sharing it immediately with you all.
It is so easy to make, all you have to do is the dough alone. The filling is store bought and it taste so yummy. The outer layer has ragi in it, but it taste so soft and yummy.
This is the prasadam plate which i made for ganesh chaturthi today.
