No Bake Biscuit Pudding Recipe

This is a simple and delicious pudding..I have already made and shared a no bake biscuit cake recipe. This is a pudding version. It is so delicious..

I used custard powder to make the custard sauce. I added drinking chocolate powder in this, you could use cocoa powder as well instead of chocolate powder. I used krack jack, you can use marie biscuits or any biscuit of your choice..

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves: 5 to 6


Biscuits - around 30 to 40 ( I used krack jack)
Milk - 1 cup + 1.5 cup
Custard Powder - 1 tblspn
Drinking Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder - 2 tblspn
Sugar - 4 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
Cream - 1 cup 
Chocolate Grated for decoration


Take custard powder, chocolate  powder, sugar in a sauce pan, add 1.5 cup of milk slowly and mix well.

Now heat this and keep mixing. Now it has got thick and glossy. Add in cream and mix well.

Now take 1 cup of milk and coffee in a bowl and mix well.

Now dip biscuits in the milk and arrange it in a serving dish.

Now little sauce over it and keep repeating the layers. The top should have a layer of the sauce.

Now for decorating, take some biscuits in a blender and powder it finely. Grate some chocolate, Now use these to decorate the pudding,

Chill this for few hours, slice and serve.

Take all your ingredients

Take custard powder in a sauce pan

add in sugar

slowly add in milk and mix well

now heat this on low to medium heat

now it has got thick

it is smooth and creamy

add in cream..

mix well

filling done

now take milk in a bowl

add in coffee powder or coffee decotion

mix well

take a serving dish

i used these biscuits, you can use any thing

these are krack jack

first dip it in the coffee milk

dip it really well

arrange it in the dish

first layer done

spread the custard mix

arrange the second layer

spread the custard layer

layer another layer of biscuits

spread the custard layer

Now take few biscuit in a blender

crush them

I took some chocolate and grated it

Spoon the biscuit over the pudding

Now the chocolate decoration

Chill it for few hours

Slice and serve

    2. Hello,i've had a problem with the biscuits,it is been said that "you can use any biscuit,i used Krack Jack" yadda yadda yadda but wouldnt there be a problem if you use too sweet or salty biscuits,i was confused so i just bought Krack Jack :]
