    About Bread Cake

Bread cake is nothing but a simple no bake cake recipe made with bread slices, sugar syrup, whipped cream and fruits of choice. When you don't have much time on hand and want to make a cake in matter of minutes then this is the option.

The cake is similar to fresh cream cake. Instead of using vanilla sponge cake as base, we are using white bread or sweet bread slices. Soaking the bread with vanilla scented sugar syrup gives flavour and sweetness to the bread.

The bread is then topped with whipped cream and decorated with sprinkles and cherries. Optionally to elevate this simple cake, you can use chopped strawberries or any fruits in between the bread slices to add colour and taste.
