    This is a no churn vanilla ice cream recipe which is made using just 3 ingredients.

    No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

    No churn three ingredient ice cream is getting a trend all over internet. You can make any flavours using the base, it taste creamy and delicious. This recipe is very basic you don't have to worry about making custard for this. Such a basic recipe even your kids can make this recipe in no time at all. So far i made mango icecream , strawberry icecream, rose milk icecream,  coffee icecream, orange icecream & chocolate icecream. They are very basic recipe.

    All you need is condensed milk, cream and your flavouring. You can add cherry puree, mango puree, strawberry puree or any fruit purees as you prefer. Since it is summer here and we all will be craving for cool stuffs, this recipe is great for that. You can make them in just few minutes, it taste amazingly delicious.

    Ingredients

    • Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup
    • Sweetned Condensed Milk - ½ cup to ¾ cup
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

    Instructions

    • Take cream in a bowl and whisk till little thick.
    • Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix well.
    • Spoon this into freezer container and freeze overnight.
    • Scoop and serve.

    Notes

    1)Use heavy whipping cream. You can use amul fresh cream in this recipe too.
    2)Add condensed milk as per your liking.
    3)You can add nuts, chocolate chips or chocolate sauce in this.

    Step by Step

    1)Take cream in a bowl, try to use full fat cold cream so you can whip it easily.

    2)Use a hand blender and whip till it is thick, dont over whip it.

    Use a beater to whip it up

    3)Now it is thick

    4)Transfer it in a bowl

    the cream should be softly whipped

    5)Add in condensed milk. I used milkmaid

    6)Add in vanilla essence. Use good quality extract

    add some vanilla essence

    7)Whip again till mixed.

    8)Spoon this into freezer safe container and freeze overnight. Next day scoop and serve.

      Mam I don't have a electric hand blender in my hand. Is there any other possible way to whip the cream??
