Ina Garten's Tomato Feta Salad Recipe

This is one quick and healthy salad which i made few days back. It was very cooling and refreshing, i loved it so much. If you are on diet, you can have a bowl of this for lunch, it keeps you filling for a long time. This is a cooling and tasty salad.

It is very recently i have started to make quite a bit of salads. Actually i am enjoying them a lot now. The combination of each ingredient makes them so tasty. And you can enjoy the real taste of the veggies or fruits in them.Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves: 1 or 2


Tomato - 1 large cubed
Feta - 50 grams cubed
Shallots / Sambar Onion - 3 chopped finely
Cilantro - 1 tblspn chopped
White Wine Vinegar - 1 tblspn
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and serve immediately.

Take all your ingredients

you need feta cheese

slice tomato

chop them

take some feta

cube it

take tomatoes in a bowl

add feta

add shallots

drizzle in vinegar

add olive oil

sprinkle some parsley

season with salt 

add pepper

toss gently
