    Veg & Cheese Chutney Sandwich Recipe with Step wise pictures.

    Delicious easy sandwich made using green chutney, veggies and cheese. This sandwich is so refreshing and taste good. Perfect to put in your kids lunch box.

    This is a super easy sandwich to make. You only need some soft bread, some butter and some delicious green chutney and some filling. This recipe is great for parties and picnic. Or makes a great dish to have with your evening tea.

    Ingredients
      

    • Bread Slices as needed
    • Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
    • Mint Leaves - 1 cup
    • Coconut - ¼ cup grated
    • Green Chilli - 3
    • Ginger - 1 tsp
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
    • Onion - 1 chopped finely
    • Tomato - 1 chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
    • Sandwich Masala or Chat masala powder as needed
    • Cheese as needed shredded
    • Butter as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Grind ingredients from coriander leaves to lemon juice to a fine puree. Set aside.
    • Mix onion, tomato, coriander leaves, cheese and sandwich masala.
    • Take a bread, applychutney on both side. Place the filling and cover it.
    • Melt some butter in a pan, place bread and cover it. Cook till golden on one side, flip over and cook on other side too. Top with cheese and cook till it is melted.
    • Remove and cut into pieces.
    • Serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take coriander leaves & mint leaves in a blender

    2)Add in green chillies

    3)Add coconut

    4)Add in ginger paste

    5)Add in salt and sugar

    6)Add in lemon juice. Puree till smooth. Chutney done. Set that aside

    7)Take onions and tomatoes in a bowl

    8)Add in chopped coriander leaves

    9)Add in lots of grated cheese

    10)Add in some chat masala powder or sandwich powder

    11)Mix well and set aside

    12)Take bread slices

    13) Spread chutney on both sides

    14)Spread evenly

    15)Top with the filling

    16)Cover with other slice

    17)Melt butter on a pan

    18)Place sandwich over butter

    19)Cover with a lid and cook on low heat. This allows the cheese to melt.

    20) Now flip over and cook.

    21)Top with more cheese

    22)Cook till it is melted

    23)Remove to a plate

    24)Cut into pieces

    25)Serve
