Carrot Milkshake Recipe – Cooked Carrot Milkshake Recipe

This has become my all time favourite milkshake and a family favourite too..I have become quite famous for this milkshakes..It is so frothy and so creamy without icecream..The carrots are cooked in this which results in smooth milkshake..Because raw carrot milkshake can be quite grainy..Great for breakfast or a light lunch..

Vanilla Milkshake
Chocolate Sharjah
Jil Jil Jigarthanda
Chocolate Banana Sharjah
Cold Coffee
Chocolate Mint Milkshake
Avocado Milkshake
Apple Dates Milkshake
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves: 2 to 3

Ingredients:

Carrots – 4 large peeled and grated
Sugar – 4 tblspn
Cold Milk – 2 cups
Water – 1/4 cup


Method:

Take carrots and water in a sauce pan. Cook for 4 to 5 mins. Cool it.

Now take this in blender along with sugar and puree till smooth.

Add in milk and puree smooth.

Pour it into glass and serve.


Pictorial:
Take some carrots
Cut top and bottom
peel off the skin…if ur carrots are fresh, you dont have to peel it
grate it
take it in a sauce pan
add a splash of water
cook for 4 to 5 mins by which time the water must be evaporated..Cool this
Take it in a blender
Add in sugar
Puree it smooth
Add in cold milk
blend well
Chill till serving
Enjoy immediately

    Hi Arthi, can we make this without grating.. jus by cutting it small..
