    Cashew Brownies Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Milk Chocolate, Cocoa powder and Flour.

    Chocolate Cashew Brownies

    I love making brownies, my all time favorite brownies is nigella lawson's everyday brownies..I posted that long before, i wanted to do a updated post for a very long time with new pictures. So i took that recipe made small changes to it and posting it here..I have quite a few brownies in my blog. Check it here.

    This brownies is just perfect, it has a crust and gooey chocolate interior with small crunchy bits of cashews. Give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

     

    Ingredients for Cashew Brownies Recipe

    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
    • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 1 tsp
    • Salt - ¼ tsp
    • Sugar -  1 ¾ cup / 350 grams
    • Oil - 1 cup / 240 ml
    • Cocoa Powder - ¾ cup / 80 grams
    • Eggs - 4
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
    • Cashewnuts - 1 cup chopped into small pieces
    • Milk Chocolate - 1 cup chopped (chocolate chips can be used)

    How to make Cashew Brownies Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
    2. Take flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix well, set aside.
    3. In a sauce pan, take oil and heat till it gets warm. Add in sugar and mix well..
    4. Now add in cocoa powder and mix well.
    5. Add in the flour mix and fold gently. Once it is mixed lightly, add in couple of eggs and mix well. Add in another couple of eggs and fold again.
    6. Add in vanilla essence and fold gently.
    7. Add in cashews and chocolate pieces and fold gently.
    8. Line a baking pan with foil and grease it well with oil. Pour in the batter and spread it.
    9. Bake it for 40 to 45 mins.
    10. Remove it and let it cool gently.
    11. Now invert the cake pan and peel off the foil. Now cut it into small pieces and serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (120 grams )

    Cashew Brownies Recipe step by step pictures

     
    Take all your ingredients
    Take flour in a bowl
    Add in salt
    some baking soda
    Mix well and keep aside
    Now take a sauce pan
    Add in oil
    Heat it up till it gets warm
    Now add in sugar
    Mix well..It wont melt properly, but no
    problem for that..
    Now take it off the heat and add in cocoa powder
    mix well
    add in flour
    give a quick stir
    add in couple of eggs
    mix well
    Add in the other two eggs
    mix gently
    add a splash of vanilla
    mix it up
    add in cashews
    chopped chocolate pieces

     

    fold well
    Line a baking tray with foil
    drizzle some oil 
    pour this batter in
    bake till perfection
    once cooled, invert it over and peel the foil
    cut into small pieces
    enjoy

      Hello i tried these above brownies bt oil nd sugar didn't mixed,they remained seperate nd adding coco nd flour is whn the pan is on stove??kindly explain as my brownies are brokn altogether.

      @Anonymousyou should warm the oil then add sugar to it and mix till it is lightly melted. Now take it off the heat and add cocoa and flour. The oil mix should be warm when you add the other stuffs

      Hi i tried these brownies. They turned out to be really yummy but one thing i wanted to ask that you've used 1cup of oil in this recipe and when i ate my brownies lot of oil was left behind in the plate and was oozing out from the brownies. Is there any means by which one can add less oil to them??

      @Anisha SharmaMine didn't turn out like that..I think u have cooked it longer..If u feel there is oil, then u can reduce it by 3/4 cup

      Hi aarthi..i have tried this recipe twice..but both the times the bottom and the top of the brownie got very black like burnt.i baked in otg with both elements on.can you please suggest what went wrong...thanks
