Detox Water or Spa Water with Step by Step Pictures. Consuming detox water daily will not only make you refreshing but it adds lots of nutrients to your body and removes all the impurities from our body.

Detox Water is a refreshing drink made using lemon, cucumber, mint and ginger. This detox water is also called as ” Infused water or spa water”.  The flavour from the veggies infuses with the water and makes plain boring water taste interesting.

Drinking water during pregnancy?

When you are pregnant and you feel nauseous and have morning sickness. Then this detox water is the solution. This flavoured water is great for pregnant ladies.

You may feel vomiting when drinking water during pregnancy. Consuming this lemon water or detox water will help you stay hydrated and reduces the nauseous.

How to Detox our Body? How to Detox Body Naturally?

1)Stay hydrated.

2)Get lots of sleep

3)Reduce sugar and oil intake.

4)Reduce junk food.

5)Consume foods rich in anti oxidants and vitamins.

6)Get Active life style

Detox Recipes Tips:

1)You can add the ingredients in diffuser and then place it inside the water or you can add the ingredients directly in the water.
2)If you are planning to store this for 4 to 5 days. Then store in fridge.
3)Keep refilling with water as it gets low.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1
  • Lemon - 1
  • Mint leaves - a handful
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Slice all the ingredients.
  • Place it inside the diffuser. Place it inside the jug and fill with water.
  • Store the jug in fridge and let it steep for atleast 4 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy.
