Makes : 5 to 6 pancakes
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
Flax Seed Powder - 2 tblspn
Milk - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Honey - 1 to 2 tblspn
Melted Butter or Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Take wheat flour, flax seed powder, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add in milk, honey and butter and mix well to a smooth batter.
Melt some butter in a nonstick pan, ladle some of the batter in.
Cook on low heat for few sec. Flip over and cook on other side too.
Remove to a plate.
Serve with honey.

pour it in |
cook on a low heat..till some bubbles form on top |
flip over and cook |
Remove to a plate |
make two more |
drizzle the top with honey |
