Pancakes are a staple recipe in our home. I make them often for breakfast or evening snack time. Usually I make my basic pancakes, but this eggless pancakes recipe comes handy when I don't have eggs at home. I made this almost size of a coin. These pancakes are so small and is perfect for kids. They will surely enjoy it to the core.

About Eggless Pancakes
You will never find this pancakes is made without eggs. It is soft and fluffy and taste absolutely delicious. The pancakes turned golden on the outside and fluffy in the centre. Serve them with syrup, honey or in my case I went with a strawberry drizzle.
Eggless pancakes requires ingredients like plain flour, wheat flour, milk, sugar, baking powder. You don't need any special equipment to make this pancakes, it can be mixed in a mixing bowl using a whisk. Pour ladleful of batter on a griddle as regular size pancakes or mini pancakes, your kids will love you for sure!

Ingredients for Eggless Pancakes Recipe
Flour
I used a combination of plain flour and wheat flour. Using completely whole wheat flour will make the pancakes texture change a bit but still it will taste great.
Raising Agent
A combination of baking powder and baking soda is used in eggless pancakes recipe. Changing the measurement will affect the texture. Baking powder cannot be substituted with baking soda. Both are entirely different.
Milk
Use full fat whole milk. Milk along with egg and baking powder will give you soft pancakes. For dairy free option, you can use almond milk, soy milk.
Sugar
For pancakes you don’t need to use too much sugar. Since we will be serving pancakes with fruits, honey, or syrup.
Melted Butter
I add melted butter or oil into the pancake batter. This is my secret touch for making the best pancakes with even colour on top. I don’t add any fat to the pan when making pancakes. Using melted butter enhances the flavor of the pancakes.
How to Make Eggless Pancakes Recipe (Step-wise Pictures)
1)Take all purpose flour in a bowl. I used a combination of plain flour and ½ cup wheat flour.
2)Add in wheat flour.
3)Add in sugar.
4)Add in baking powder
5)Add in baking soda.
6)Add in salt.
7)Mix well. This is your dry ingredients.
8)Pour in milk.
9)Add in oil or melted butter.
10)mix using a whisk till combined.
11)Once the batter is mixed well, Now heat a pan. You can use nonstick pan or cast-iron pan for making pancakes. Heat the pan on medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, pour ladleful of batter into the pan and cook on medium heat till you see bubbles forming on top.
12)Once you see bubbles on the pancakes.
13)you can flip the pancakes and cook for few more seconds.
14)Remove the pancakes to a serving plate, top with berries or any fruits of choice. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and enjoy.
