Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

I always wanted to bake a peanut butter cookie for quite a long time. Oneday i decided to try and then i realised that i was out of eggs. So i decided to try my own version of it and make a eggless butter free peanut butter cookies recipe and it turned out pretty good. Tasted great with a glass of milk..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes : 11 to 12

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter – 1/4 cup (I used Homemade, Recipe here)
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3/4 cup / 90 grams
Sugar – 1/2 cup powdered / 100 grams
Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp
Oil – 4 tblspn
Milk – 1 tblspn or as needed
Peanuts – 1/3 cup crushed
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Take oil, sugar, peanut butter in a bowl and beat well till creamy.
Add in flour, baking powder and mix well to a dough.
If needed add some milk to it.
Add in crushed peanuts and mix well.
Take small portion, roll it into a ball, flatten it and arrange it in a parchment lined baking tray.
Put the tray in oven and Bake it for 15 to 20 mins.
Remove it and let it cool completely.
Store in a air tight container.

Take all your ingredients

Take peanut in a blender

Crush them lightly
Take oil in a bowl

Add in some powdered sugar..This is normal sugar which i powdered in a blender

mix well

Add in peanut butter

mix well

add in flour

add in baking powder

mix well

i added a tblspn of milk

kneaded it to a dough

add in crushed peanuts

mix well

take small portion

roll it into a ball

flatten it

arrange it in a parchment lined baking tray

use a fork to make marks

bake them

    @AnonymousDid u place the tray close to the bottom rack. It has to kept in middle rack with both heating elements on
