    What is an English Breakfast?

English breakfast is very popular around UK and Ireland. This breakfast is considered such a rich traditional one which is served all day around. Traditional full English breakfast consists of sausages, eggs, toast, beans, black pudding, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.

    About Full English Breakfast

Full english breakfast consists of toast, baked beans, sausages, fried eggs and grilled vegetables. This is a filling and nutritious breakfast which is very popular in UK and Ireland. Baked beans consists of beans cooked with spices, tomatoes, garlic and onions.

Traditionally canned baked beans is used, but you can make it from scratch. I usually prefer homemade baked beans because I can customize it to my taste. But during busy days I go for my store cupboard stash of canned baked beans which I usually stock up on to make my all time favorite baked beans on toast.

In this recipe, I used homemade pullman loaf bread, but any bread of choice can be used. Whole wheat bread is a healthy choice of bread.

As far as the vegetables, I prefer to use tomatoes and mushrooms. For an elaborate English breakfast, you can include black pudding, bacon as well.

5)Heat olive oil or vegetables oil in a pan. I prefer to use large pan for this process. Since we are going to sear the sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes together using a large pan definitely helps searing them better. For even more better searing you can use cast iron frying pan.
