    Full English Breakfast

A full colourful breakfast is a great way to start a day. This is one such breakfast which is filled with all the goodness which I love. But I am sure this will keep you full until dinner.

    What is Full English Breakfast

English breakfast is very popular around UK and Ireland. This breakfast is considered such a rich traditional one which is served all day around. Traditional full English breakfast consists of sausages, eggs, toast, beans, black pudding, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.

What all is included in a Full English Breakfast

Sausages - you can use any sausages which you like popular ones are pork sausages, but I like to use chicken sausage which my family prefers.  Traditionally black pudding is added, Black pudding is a distinct regional type of blood sausage originating in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It is made from pork or beef blood, with pork fat.

Bacon - Back bacon is used, it is usually very crispy. Back bacon is bacon that includes a little bit of the loin, kinda like a super thin pork chop but smoked.

Eggs - Eggs are main component in English breakfast, clearly it is Fried eggs.

Beans - baked beans is what used and it typically comes in a can. Heinz is a popular baked beans brand which is preferred all over UK.

Toast - Bread are toasted in a toaster or pan fried with some butter.

Mushrooms - grilled mushrooms are occasionally used in a full English breakfast but I prefer to keep them.

Tomatoes - Tomatoes are seared in some oil till charred. It is not over cooked or mushy.
