    Moong Sprouts & Pomegranate Kosambari Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a mixture of sprouted green moong lentil that tossed with pomegranate pearls.

    Moong Sprouts & Pomegranate Kosambari

    This is one quick and healthy salad which i made few days back. It was very cooling and refreshing, i loved it so much. If you are on diet, you can have a bowl of this for lunch, it keeps you filling for a long time. This is a cooling and tasty salad.

    • Moong Sprouts - 1 cup (Recipe here)
    • Thick Yogurt / Curd - ½ cup
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Chat Masala Powder as needed

    How to Make Moong Sprouts & Pomegranate Kosambari

    1. Mix curd, salt, sugar in a bowl.
    2. Take sprouts, pomegranate in a bowl, pour yogurt mix over it and mix well.
    3. Add in chat masala and mix well.
    4. Serve cold.

    take all your ingredients
    take yogurt in a bowl
    add salt and sugar
    mix well
    grab a pomegranate
    deseed it
    Add in moong sprouts (recipe here)
    add yogurt mix
    mix well
    sprinkle over some chat masala
    mix well
