Milk Powder Yogurt Recipe with Step by Step Pictures.

When you are out of milk, you can easily make yogurt using milk powder. It is easy and fast to make and sets beautifully just like regular yogurt.

Every indian household has a container of curd in their fridge. Yogurt is our staple food. We have them them daily with our rice at the end of every meal. We make neermor, lassi or shakes using this.

Milk Powder Yogurt Recipe

Milk Powder Yogurt Recipe is made using milk powder. If you couldn't find milk in your area then you can make this yogurt easily using milk powder.

Ingredients

  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Yogurt / Curd - 2 tblsp

Instructions

  • Take milk powder and water in a sauce pan. Mix well.
  • Heat till it gets luke warm.
  • Now Take a jar. Add in yogurt, pour luke warm milk in and mix well.
  • Cover and set aside for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
  • Now serve.

Notes

1)The milk has to be luke warm. if it is hot then it will separate.
2)You can set the yogurt in a warm place.
3)On cool temparature places. Put the yogurt inside oven with lights on so it ferments faster.

7)Add in your starter yogurt.

8)Add in warm milk

9)Mix well

10)Cover and leave overnight

11)Now the yogurt is set

12)Look the yogurt is set

13)Perfect

14)Store in fridge.

    Hi hw to bake in ifb oven for a cake ….bcz am new to baking. Cake gets burnt if I cook.
