Pineapple Ginger Juice Step by Step

    Take all your ingredients

Start by peeling the skin of pineapple

Use a serrated knife, it makes life so much easier..
    once the skin is removed

    chop them into small pieces

    Take them in a blender

Add in some chopped ginger, you can grate the ginger if you like

    add in sugar

    and some salt

    now squeeze some lemon juice

    time to blend

make it into smooth puree, it will take a while, since there is ginger to grind.

    add some ice cold water

    and blend again

now you see how frothy and creamy it is

    serve immediately
