This drink is one of my all time favourite. Couple days back we visited trivandrum zoo, when we were returning back there were lots of nungu stall in the side of the road. I asked hubby to stop by one and we enjoyed it. Nagercoil is known for its palm fruit trees, during summer time we can see lots of palm fruit shop and tender coconut shop on the sides of the road..There is nothing much they will do this drink, just mix sarbath and palm fruit together and give us in tall glass tumblers with a spoon. It taste so yummy and it cools your body instantly..

When we stopped there, i realized that i haven't shared any palm fruit recipes in my blog. So i asked hubby to get few palm fruit flesh from the vendor. I came home and put that in fridge. The next day i made this drink, palm fruit kheer and palm fruit pudding. Every thing turned out delicious..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
