Uthappam is a variation in dosa where all the ingredients is added into the dosa batter and then the dosa is made.Traditionally uttapam is made with lightly sour dosa batter. But if you don’t have any of that, you could make it with regular batter or just take the dosa batter out of the fridge in the morning and make this uttapam in night. You can use ghee instead of oil,so the flavour of dosa will be so good.
This dosa don’t need any side dish with it,So this is perfect for a quick breakfast. You could even make this batter in the night and use it the next day. So please try this dish and let me know what you think..
Cooking Time : 2 mins each dosa

What a coincidence. I made uttappams today morning for breakfast. Like Harini mentioned, I too don't saute the veggies but sprinkle finely chopped ones on top while making dosas.
