    Peanut Butter Puffed Rice Balls Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Easy peanut butter puffed rice ball taste so delicious. This snack is easy to make and is very good for your kids too. This can be made and stored in fridge for a week.

    I wanted to make a recipe similar to our pori urundai. So i thought of making this peanut butter balls.

    If you are looking for a easy no bake treats for parties then this one comes handy. It needs just 5 to 6 ingredients and is made using puffed rice which are so good for your kids.

    Ingredients
      

    • Peanut Butter - ½ cup
    • Butter - ¼ cup
    • Salt a pinch
    • Vanilla - 1 tsp
    • Brown Sugar - ¼ cup
    • Puffed rice - 1.5 cups
    • Sprinkles optional

    Instructions
     

    • Take all ingredients except sprinkles and puffed rice in a sauce pan and heat till it comes to a boil.
    • Add in puffed rice and mix well.
    • Use a icecream scoop to scoop some mix on a plate.
    • Freeze for 20 mins.
    • Now take it from fridge. top with some sprinkles and roll it into a ball.
    • Store in fridge.
    • Enjoy.

    6)Heat till it is melted.
