    About Veg Puff Recipe

Veg Puff is similar to a curry puff. It is a small pie consisting of curry with chicken and potatoes in a deep-fried or baked pastry shell. The curry is quite thick to prevent it from oozing out of the snack. This veg puff has a vegetable filling inside puff pastry.

One Veg Puff 170 calories. gives Out of which carbohydrates comprise 124 calories, proteins account for 20 calories and remaining calories come from fat which is 26 calories. One Veg Puff about 8 percent of the total daily calorie requirement of a standard adult diet of 2,000 calories.

My long time mission came to an end. I have successfully made puffs. Look at the pictures it looks promising right. I have made puff pastry before but it was a complete failure and a butter was leaking all the place and it was a complete mess. From that day onwards i stayed away from puff pastry for a while.

But after watching so many videos and so many website. I got a little confident. But when many of my viewers requested me to post this. I got the complete confidence and got into action.

I have a recipe for chocolate croissant and jam tart made with this. I will post the recipe soon. So try this and out and let me know how it turned out.

@cheena goyalthe layering of the pastry must have went wrong and also when you bake them, they should be pretty frozen, if it is soft it wont get flaky
