- White Pumpkin / Thadiyangai / Vellai Poosanikai - 2 cups chopped
- Cucumber - 1 cup chopped
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Take cucumber, white pumpkin in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Strain this, add salt and lemon juice.
- Fill a cup with icecubes and pour juice in. Serve.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
White Pumpkin / Thadiyangai / Vellai Poosanikai - 2 cups chopped
Cucumber - 1 cup chopped
Ginger - 1 thumb inch piece
Mint Leaves a handful
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice to taste
