Watermelon Ginger Cooler Recipe
- Watermelon – 2 cup cubed
- Sugar – 3 tblspn or to taste
- Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
- Ginger Juice – 2 tblspn
- Soda Water – as needed Optional
- Ice cubes as needed
- For Decorating Glass:
- Sugar – 1 tblspn
- Lemon Zest -1 tsp
- Mint Leaves – 6 chopped finely
- Add everything in a blender except soda water and blend well.
- Transfer this to a jug and pour soda water over it and mix well.
- Now take the decorating ingredients in a plate and mix well.
- Now take the serving glass and press the rim over this and press it slightly.
- Pour the juice into this and serve.
