    Watermelon & Ginger Cooler – Summer Special Recipes / Party Special Recipes

    When it is hot outside, you need something that makes you cool from inside..Drinking cold water makes you cool instantly, but as per a research it increase your body heat. If you need the real comfort of cooling effect, you have to get used to the stuffs  which nature provides us.One of that is watermelon..A awesome giant Fruit  which arrives just before summer, that is really amazing right..And another ingrediant which is really really good for you is ginger..

    Watermelon and Ginger are really good for you..But think about the combination of both, It makes you much healthier and works miracles in your body..And this is a drink which helps very much in digestion process..You can skip the soda water and add regular water to it..

    Ingrediants:
    Watermelon – 2 cup cubed
    Sugar – 3 tblspn or to taste
    Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
    Ginger Juice – 2 tblspn
    Soda Water – as needed (Optional)
    Ice cubes as needed
    For Decorating Glass:
    Sugar – 1 tblspn
    Lemon Zest -1 tsp
    Mint Leaves – 6 chopped finely
    Method:
    Add everything in a blender except soda water and blend well.
    Transfer this to a jug and pour soda water over it and mix well.
    Now take the decorating ingrediants in a plate and mix well.
    Now take the serving glass and press the rim over this and press it slightly.
    Pour the juice into this and serve.

    add watermelon cubes in that

    add sugar

    and some lemon juice

    Grate your ginger

    squeeze it and get the juice out of it

    Pour that in too
    Pin
    now time to blitz
    Pin
    turn it into a puree

    Transfer to a jug
    Pin
    add soda water to it
    Pin
    and mix well
    Pin
    Now time to decorate the glass..Take sugar, mint leaves and some lemon zest

    mix them together

    take your glass
    Pin
    and press it over the mixture

    see you got a pretty glass

    Now pour the juice in this

    Time to serve

      wow awesome. all this time i see it on food food channel and now i know exactly how its done. i did have watermelon juice one time at one party but i forgot all about it.

      What an amazing drink and so easy to make! I am too lazy to make juice for parties and so I usually buy KDD harvest’s juices and make mocktails with them.. I’ll probably test this drink out on my family 😉 Is it okay to store this in the fridge? i hope it wont lose its flavor??
