Ingredients for Watermelon Ginger Cooler Recipe

    Watermelon

The three flavours of watermelon are bitter, sweet, and sour. The fruits bitter flavours are potent enough to prevent the sweetness from being overpowering, and the sour helps to make the bitter flavours more tolerable. The combination of all three is what makes watermelon so special.

    Lemon Juice

Lemons are a popular fruit that people use to flavour cuisine in tiny amounts. However, because of the powerful, sour flavour, people rarely eat them alone.

    Ginger Juice

Its best to use fresh ginger rather than dried ginger when making ginger juice. Old ginger won't produce as much juice as fresh ginger and will make your ginger juice taste bitter.

Nice recipe! But here it is so cold right now 🙁 It will be a few months before I can try this out, but when Summer finally comes, I will look forward to it, as I adore ginger and melon together. I made myself a healthy vegetable and apple juice with ginger in it the other day; check it out on my blog, 17.2.12

What an amazing drink and so easy to make! I am too lazy to make juice for parties and so I usually buy KDD harvest’s juices and make mocktails with them.. I’ll probably test this drink out on my family 😉 Is it okay to store this in the fridge? i hope it wont lose its flavor??
