Add in vanilla and beat again..Now add in entire amount of cocoa and beat again till fluffy.

Can we use homemade white butter for substitute of unsalted butter?

Aarthi said... Best Blogger Tips

@Kimmiyes u can i think, but the milk should be adjusted, because white butter has more water content

Madhu said... Best Blogger Tips

Can we use Normal powdered sugar(just grinding the granulated sugar to powder form) rather than icing sugar?

Aarthi said... Best Blogger Tips

@MadhuNo icing sugar is what gives you the creamy texture to the frosting.

Renuka Kadam said... Best Blogger Tips

Hi i have a lot of margarine...which i had bought unknowingly..for frosting..can i use the same.

Aarthi said... Best Blogger Tips

Can you pls tell me if we can use salted amul butter in place of unsalted butter in buttercream recipes....?! i know, the salty taste will come, but will it affect the texture in any way and will it do ? Thanks

Aarthi said... Best Blogger Tips

@Anonymousi think u can use salted butter in frosting, since there is quite a bit of sugar going in the frosting, it wont affect the taste much..

Anonymous said... Best Blogger Tips

this recipes looks still to wet and it's not holding it shape....butter cream suppose to be much thicker... so wen u pipe it out it won't be everywhere ...i will be using this recipe for my cupcake, but ill will see wat consistency I've also want it
