Coffee Whipped Cream Recipe | Frosting without Butter, Cream & Icing Sugar
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1½ tbsp Hot Water
Instructions
- Take coffee, sugar, hot water in a bowl. Mix well.
- Use a hand blender to whip this till it gets light and fluffy. It will take around 3 to 5 mins.
- You can use this as frosting for any cake.

1)Take instant coffee powder
2)Add it in a bowl
3)I used my favorite instant coffee
4)Add in sugar. I used powdered sugar.
5)You can add as per your taste
6)Add in boiling hot water
7)I stirred it a little so sugar melts
8)Now get your beater
9)Beat till fluffy and light
10)It will get thick and fluffy
11)Hand blender is best
12)Now it is thick and stiff just like whipped cream
13)Yummy Frosting is done. Creamy flavoured frosting.

no coffee is what makes it fluffy. so you cannot skip it.

3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons milk

you can use granulated sugar. i just powdered normal sugar and used it.
