Who doesn’t love chocolate..I love it more than anything else,I could even live in it…This is one of the fudgy chocolate cupcake in the world..I made it and had it straight from the oven,but if you wish you could make a chocolate ganache icing on top..A really simple and straight forward recipe..This cake need only oil and not butter so it is heart healthy too…I made this last weekend and took it for my friends and they all loved it a lot and asked to bring more next time..So if you are making it for your kids friends,you will definetly be the best mom ever..
All Purpose Flour / Maida-1 cup / 120 gms
Powdered Sugar- 3/4 cup / 150 gms
Baking powder-1 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup / 125 ml / 4 fluid ounces
Oil- 1/2 cup/125 ml / 4 fluid ounces
Preheat the oven to 180°C(360°F)..
In a mixing bowl add eggs,vanilla and sugar and mix well.
Add in oil and beat well.Throw in the cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour in the milk and mix till combined
Sift in the flour and baking powder in this.Fold in gently.
Spoon this in muffin cases and bake for 20-30min or until the cakes are cooked.To check if the cake is cooked,just insert a toothpick inside the cake and if it comes out clean,then the cake is cooked.
Let this cool completely..When it is cooled you could cover the cupcakes with icing or have it as it is..
