Fluffy Egg Omlette with Chicken Sausage Filling

This is a great filling dish for kids...This is best for breakfast and very healthy too...I can promise that kids love this...This recipe is one of Lekshmi Nair’s recipe..It is quite easy to do..Hope you all will give it a try and let tell me how it came..

Ingrediants:

For Egg Omelette:

Egg- 4 (Yolk and Whites separated)
Salt to taste
Baking powder-1 tsp
Milk- ¼ cup

For Filling:

Chicken Sausage-1 cup chopped
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato Ketchup-2 tblspn
Pepper-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -2 tblspn chopped
Cheese – ¼ cup grated
Oil-1 tblspn

Method:

Make the filling by heating oil and add in onions and fry for 1 min.Add in chicken sausage and fry for 4-5 mins.

Add in salt and pepper to taste and mix well.Add in tomato ketchup and mix well.

Add in coriander leaves and mix well.Set this aside.

Make the omlette by beating eggs till fluffy...Mix egg yolk with salt, baking powder and milk and pour this into the fluffed egg whites.Mix gently till combined.

Heat a nonstick pan on low heat and add in 1 tblspn of oil.

Pour this egg mixture into the pan.Cover and cook on a slow flame till top sets and feels cooked..

Spoon over the sausage filling on one side of the omlette and sprinkle with cheese.

Fold it and leave it on the pan till cheese melts.

Tip this into a plate and serve..

Grab your ingrediants

Start by making the filling,by sauteing some onions,sausage in oil...Then add in salt and pepper

Add some ketchup and mix well

Now coming to omelette..First beat egg yolks with baking powder,salt and milk...

Beat egg whites till fluffy,then fold in the egg yolks...

Heat oil in tawa and pour the egg in this...Let it cook untill the top sets..

All cooked
add sausage filling on one side

sprinkle with cheese

Fold it and let the cheese melts

Yummy right

This is one fully loaded Omelette
