Now coming back to the recipe for my 200th post..This is a many of us favorite chocolate(YES I LOVE BOUNTY)..I thought that why couldn’t we try it at home and searched for the recipe and modified it to my taste..Believe it or not..It tasted more or less like real bounty chocolate..While making the filling for the chocolate make it slightly sticky so that the inside of the chocolate will be moist..Then I used coconut oil for this to increase the flavour,but you could use butter also..This recipe is so easy to make and it makes a good amount of chocolate..Always keep this in fridge..So go ahead and make this now and let me know how it came..
Desiccated Coconut / Powdered Fresh Coconut-2 cup(Check notes below)
Condensed Milk-1/2 can
Coconut Oil-1 tblspn
Dark Chocolate Chips-1 cup
In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and melt it in the microwave for 1 min.
In a mixing bowl add coconut,condensed milk and coconut oil and mix it till it forms a sticky dough.
Apply oil to you hands and forms small round out of the dough and arrange it in a plate.
Now take the coconut balls and dip in the melted chocolate and arrange it in a foiled lined tray.
Set it in the fridge over night or 2-3 hours.
Remove it and enjoy..
If you don’t have dessicated coconut,take fresh coconut and set it in freezer for 1-2 hours..It will harden up in that time..Remove and powder it in a blender lightly..You could substitute this for dessicated coconut..

|Take coconut in a bowl|
|add in condensed milk|
|drizzle in coconut oil and mix well|
|form it into balls|
|Melt chocolate chips in microwave|
|dip each coconut balls in chocolate|
|arrange it in a plate|
|Set it in fridge and it will set..|
