Jackfruit Pulav / Jackfruit Briyani / Kathal Pulav - Lunch Box Recipes

Jackfruit is one of the amazing fruit from god’s creation..It has hard pricky skins outside(which requires a lots of strength to cut it up) and the fruit inside is really sweet and yummy..And the special thing about this fruit is you can’t hide it anywhere because the smell shows itself,it has a lovey aroma..

It is a love/hate fruit..If you love it you will go crazy about this, and if you hate it you will never go near it...I totally love it..

Now coming to this recipe...we are going to use the raw form of jackfruit to make this pulav..This pulav is totally different from the normal pulav which you have tasted so far..

So here you go for the step by step recipe with pictures...
