If you want a quick appetizer within few minutes then this is a answer..It is a healthy and protein rich dish which taste so great..You could use paneer in place of tofu, but somehow I prefer tofu..
I seasoned it as per my taste..I used soy sauce and vinegar..I wanted to kick up the spiciness in this so I used chilli vinegar..You could use as per your taste..I added some fresh red chillies and cilantro for garnishing, you could use spring onion too..I hope you love it and let me know the result..
Tofu – 1 block cubed
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp or to taste
Chilli Vinegar / Plain Vinegar -1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh Red Chillies- 1 sliced in diagnol (optional)
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – for garnishing
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the tofu cubes and fry on all sides to light golden.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red chillies and toss well.
Add in cilantro in the end and mix once..
Serve hot as appetizer or snack..

|first cube your tofu|
|add tofu pieces|
