Instant Maida Dosa Recipe - Flour Dosa Recipe

Instant recipes are always so comforting, since it takes very less amount to cook and you can have your meal from stove to stomach in few minutes..I have a instant wheat dosa recipe in my blog already and this one is going to be a addition to my other recipe..I am sure this is going to be a keeper.

When i first came across this recipe, i thought dosa with all purpose flour..Won't that dosa be so stringy..But i totally agreed with this one, once i tried it..This dosa cameout so crispy and yummy. I served it with sambar which we call as tiffin sambar..I will post that recipe so soon. This can be served with any chutney as well.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 min per dosa

Hi to update a comment about Malaysian dosas. In malaysia we have a variety of dosas eg. Plain dosas (using rice and urad lentil), rava dosas, uthapam dosas and plain mavu (white flour) dosas. Kind regards
