Dahi Puri is my favourite chaat, it is so easy to make and taste delicious.
I had some leftover tamarind chutney and crispy puri after my pani puri recipe. So i decided to make this easy dahi puri recipe and it turned out really good..

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Makes – 1 to 2 plate
Potato – 1 medium size, boiled, peeled and cubed finely
Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Crispy Sev as needed
Take curd, salt, sugar and chat masala in a bowl. Mix well.
Arrange puri in a plate, crack the top, spoon some potatoes in to it.
Spoon some curd and top with both chutneys.
Sprinkle some sev over it.

|Take thick yogurt in a bowl|
|Add in little salt and sugar|
|Add in little chat masala powder|
|Mix well and set aside|
|Arrange puris in a plate|
|make a hole in the center|
|add in some boiled potatoes|
|spoon some curd milk over it|
|add few tsp of tamarind chutney over it|
|add in green chutney|
|Top with crispy sev|
