Homemade Bounty Bars
Making chocolate at home can be really really fun and exciting. This is one recipe which i wanted to make for quite a long time. I know that this recipe will turn out perfect and tasty because i have already made a bounty balls recipe here. But i wanted to make a bar version of it.

Ingredients for Homemade Bounty Bars
- Desiccated Coconut - 2.5 cups
- Condensed Milk - 1 cup or as needed
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 2 cups ( You can use milk or dark)
- Unsalted Soft Butter - 4 tbsp
How to Make Homemade Bounty Bars
- Butter a pan generously.
- Take coconut, condensed milk in a bowl and mix well. Spoon the mix into the bowl and spread evenly.
- Chill this for 2 hours in fridge.
- Meanwhile melt chocolate and butter by double boiler method or in microwave. Mix well.
- Unmould the bar and cut it into squares. Dip each bars in chocolate and arrange it in a parchment lined plate.
- Chill for few mins.
- Serve

Ingredients

Can freshly grated coconut be used in d place of dessicated coconut as its not available in our town

@chandu singhviu can use fresh coconut too. grind it in a blender till it gets fine gratings. Dont puree it. And fry it in a dry pan till the moisture evaporates. And fresh coconut wont stay that good for long, so store it in fridge and use in a couple of days
