Eggless Zucchini Banana Muffins Recipe - Healthy Zucchini Muffins Recipe

I have seen so many recipes of baked goodies in which they use zucchini, at first i thought it is weird, but then i realized that we add carrots in baking and it taste pretty good. So i shall try this too..Adding zucchini in baked goodies like cakes, bread and muffins is not at all a bad idea, it is almost like a extra moisture we add in cakes. I tried this muffins with a combo of banana and zucchini and i loved it to the core. First of all it was moist, fluffy and very soft. Not to mention really delicious..

  5. @Aswiniyes you can use wheat flour and jaggery in this recipe. Adding wheat will make a little dense muffins but still it will taste good
