Cantaloupe Sarbath Recipe - Kirni Pazham Juice Recipe

This is a drink which i made couple days back. It is just like my watermelon sarbath, so easy to make and so delicious and refreshing.

The main ingredient for this is sarbath. If you can find it in your place then great. But i am planning to create that stuff at home. If i succeed in that, will share it..It is also called as Nannari Sarbath.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 3


Cantaloupe / Kirnipazham- 1

Sarbath - as needed
Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn or to taste
Ice Cold Water as needed


Cut open cantaloupe and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon in to a mixing bowl. Use a spoon or whisk to mash it all up. It should be mashed and also it should be chunky.

Now pour the required amount of sarbath, lemon juice and mix well.

Pour some ice cold water and mix well.

Serve cold immediately.

Take your ingredients
This is nanari sarbath
remove the seeds from cantaloupe and scoop out the flesh

take it in a bowl

use a whisk or your hands to mash it up

now it is mashed roughly

add nanari sarbath

add it to your taste

add lemon juice

add some cold water

mix well
