Mango mastani is nothing but a thick milkshake with a scoop of icecream on top. Then it is topped with nuts and dried fruits. And it is served with a spoon, best had cold.

I have been quite lazy making mango recipes, this season. Because i have been relishing mangoes as it is. I had so many ideas like this mastani, falooda and many more on mind. But was so lazy to try it. But yesterday i got into action and made this and mango falooda. Both of them turned out pretty good.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves: 2 to 3
Ripe Sweet Mangoes - 1 or 2
Sugar - 1 tblspn or to taste
Milk - 1 cup or as needed
Vanilla Icecream or Mango Icecream as needed
Nuts as needed
Dried Fruits as needed
Cherry as needed
Take mangoes and wash them well. Peel them and cut into cubed.
Now take it in a blender, add sugar and milk and puree smooth.
Pour it into serving glass till it is 3/4 th full. Top with icecream, nuts, dried fruits and cherry.
