- Oats - 1 cup (You can use rolled oats or old fashioned oats)
- Water as needed
- Organic Formula Milk or Breast Milk as needed
- Take oats in a blender and powder it finely. Store it in a air tight container in fridge till needed.
- Now take spoonful of oats powder in a sauce pan, add some water and cook till it is creamy.
- Now you can feed this as it is or you can add some breast milk or formula milk once the oats is warm or cold.
1)Take oats in a blender. Use rolled oatmeal.
2)Powder it finely
3)Make sure it is powdered finely
4)This is your oatmeal cereal. How easy is that.
5)Take some cereal in a sauce pan.
6)Add some water
7)Heat this on medium heat , keep mixing.
8)Cook for 2 to 3 mins on low heat till it is done
9)Now take it off the heat and cool it down
10)You can feed your baby oatmeal cereal as it is, but i like to dilute it with some formula milk.
