    Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta recipe with step by step pictures. This is a cheesy and delicious pasta with chicken breast and broccoli as its main ingredients.

    Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

    Baked pasta taste so yummy, with all those gooey sauce and cheese along with some of the crispy bits it is just heaven..So good and so delicious. This is so easy to make, you need the basic bechamel sauce for this. Other than that everything is so easy and can be made from start to finish in less than 40 mins or so..If you want to make it completely vegetarian, then i would suggest you to check out my veggie pasta bake recipe

    Ingredients for Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

    • Pasta - 2 cups dried (I used penne)
    • Chicken Breast - 2 medium size chopped into cubes
    • Broccoli - 2 cups cut into bite size florets
    • Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
    • Garlic - 3 fat cloves chopped finely
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Bechamel Sauce - 1 cup or as needed ( Recipe here)
    • Mozzarella Cheese as needed
    • Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped

    How to Make Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

    1. Preheat oven to 220 Degree C, Set oven to grill or broil mode.
    2. Cook pasta in lots of boiling salted water as per package directions. Drain and set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and fry for a min.
    4. Add in chicken and season with salt and pepper. Fry them for 2 to 3 mins till it gets nice colour.
    5. Add in broccoli and toss well.
    6. Cover and cook on a very low flame for 5 more mins.
    7. Now add the pasta in and add in bechamel sauce, cheese and coriander leaves. Mix well.
    8. Spoon this into a baking pan, pour some more bechamel on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and grill this for 5 mins till top is bubbly and golden.
    9. Remove it and let it sit for 5 mins.
    10. Scoop and serve.

    Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Step by Step

    Make your Bechamel Sauce..Recipe here
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water
    drain and set aside
    take all your ingredients
    saute some garlic in oil
    add in chicken
    season with little salt and pepper
    saute for 2 to 3 mins
    add in broccoli
    mix well
    cover and cook on a low flame for 5 to 7 mins
    now the chicken and veggies are done
    add pasta
    pour over some bechamel sauce..Recipe here
    toss well
    add in coriander leaves or parsley
    add in cheese..i used cubed mozzarella
    mix well
    spoon this in a baking dish
    pour over some of the bechamel sauce..Recipe here
    grate cheese over it
    broil it for few mins
    serve
