    Baked Chicken Cream Cheese Dip Recipe with step wise pictures. Delicious chicken cream cheese dip which taste amazing for parties or get togethers. This is not only easy to make but taste amazing. Chicken Dip is a great party recipe. You can make a big batch of it and enjoy as a dip for parties.

    This recipe is totally new to me. It is very recently I discovered chicken dip and it has become my go to high protein dip to make. Mostly I serve as dip for my baked tortilla chips or as a spread for my wraps. Either way it is too good to resist. This has become my recent obsession after the viral pink sauce which I tried.

    The cool thing about this, you can customize it to your liking. And it is a great way to use up leftover chicken.

    About Baked Chicken Dip

    Baked chicken dip is becoming a high protein snack with people. It is made with chicken, cream cheese, green onions and spices. The dip is mixed in a bowl and transferred to individual casserole and baked. Before proceeding, check my prawn toast too.

    The recipe is so easy to make which can be customized to your liking. In this recipe, I used cream cheese little mayonnaise, green onions, chicken, relish and seasoning. But I tried a new recipe recently for my Instagram reel, in which I added cheese spread, fresh cream, lots of green onion, garlic powder, hot sauce, hot pepper powder, chopped pickled jalapenos and cheese.

    Once baked it turned out super creamy and addictive. You can try that version too and enjoy with tortilla chips. If you get time, check the pink sauce.

    Talking about dips, you know the popular ones so far are babaganoush which is made with eggplants and guacamole. This chicken dip is so popular because it is high in protein. Nowadays everyone is in a hunt for high protein snacks and this one is sure a keeper.

    Make sure to read the alternatives which you can use in this recipe and customize to your liking.

    Customizable Dip Recipe

    Instead of cream cheese - you can use cottage cheese, which is a high protein option. Cheese spread can be used as well.

    Mayonnaise - some people don't prefer using mayonnaise. If you want to skip mayo, use cream or cottage cheese as well.

    Relish - relish is not something people may have on hand. You can use pickled chopped jalapenos.

    Spices - be innovative with spices. Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika are some of the bold seasoning options.

    Ingredients

    Chicken - leftover grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken, boiled or poached chicken can be used. I prefer chicken breast as it is high in protein.

    Cheese - use a combination of cheeses. You can use cheddar, mozzarella as well.

    Relish - relish has slight sweet and tart taste to it which balance and compliments the taste. It is also known as sweet relish.

    Cream cheese - cream cheese form the base of the dish. You can use store bought or homemade.

    Mayonnaise - mayo form the creamy component for the dip. Instead of mayo, you can use cream.

    Green onions - lots of green onions adds the savoury element to the dish.

    Step by Step Pictures

    1)Take all your ingredients. I am using chicken, relish, cheese, cream cheese, mayo, seasonings and green onions.

    2)Take cream cheese in a bowl. Check my alternatives which I have mentioned above.

    you can use cottage cheese, which is a high protein option. Cheese spread can be used as well.

    3)Add mayonnaise. some people don't prefer using mayonnaise. If you want to skip mayo, use cream or cottage cheese as well.

    4)Add in grated cheese. I am using mozzarella cheese. But cheddar is a good option too.

    5)Add in spring onions. Be generous with green onions. It adds aroma and taste.

    6)Add in shredded chicken. leftover grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken, boiled or poached chicken can be used. I prefer chicken breast as it is high in protein.

    7)Add some relish. Relish has sweet and tart taste to it.

    8)Add pepper. be innovative with spices. Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika are some of the bold seasoning options.

    9)Mix well.

    10)Spoon it into baking dish. you can use large family size baking tray to bake or individual portions too.

    11)Pop it into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 mins. By this time the cheese will be melted and bubbly.

    12)Now it is nice and bubbly. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

    13)Enjoy hot.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
    • ¾ cup Cream Cheese
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese or cheddar grated
    • ¼ cup Mayonnaise or cream
    • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional
    • 1 teaspoon Paprika optional
    • 3 tablespoon Sweet Relish
    • ¼ cup Spring Onions chopped finely

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients together, spoon into baking dish and smoothen the top.
    • Bake in a 200 degree C. preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins.
    • Serve with chips or pita bread.
