Bell Pepper Zunka / Tri-Colour Bell Pepper Fry with Besan / Capsicum Fry

Hai friends…I am little late with my fourth day post..I didn’t get any time to post yesterday..So here you go with my fourth day and fifth day post..
If you need a quick fix for dinner or a side dish for rice or roti..Then this dish is the answer…

This is a simple stir fry of crunchy bell peppers with some besan…The besan crisp up slightly along with the bell pepper which taste awesome…
This is alltogether a jiffy to make and definetly easy to eat..Please try it and let me know what you think..
I am sending this recipe to Blogging Marathan Day 4 in the theme Regional Special…I am doing Andhra Recipe for this whole week..So hope you love it..
Ingrediants:
Bell pepper / Capsicum -3
Green Chilli-2
Cumin seeds / Jeerakam-1 tsp
Mustard seeds / Kaduku-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tblspn
Kadalai Mavu / Gram Flour / Besan-3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil-4 tblspn
Method:
Dice Bell Peppers into small cubes..
Heat 2 tblspn oil in a kadai..Add in mustard seeds and cumin seeds…
Now add in green chillies and fry for a min..
Add in Bell peppers and mix well..Season with salt and mix well..
Now sprinkle in some gram flour and mix well…
Now drizzle in 2 tblspn of oil and mix well..
Simmer this for 10 mins until the besan crisp and everything gets cooked..
Serve hot with rice..
Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
Cut all your bell peppers
rinse well
heat oil
Add in mustard and cumin seeds
throw in green chillies
add in bell peppers
and toss well
season with salt
add in chilli and coriander powder
toss well
sprinkle in your besan..
start stiring
mix everything untill combined
add some more oil to help the besan crisp up…
all beautifully cooked..
Serve
Look how colourful it is..

    You can roast besan little before adding it to capsicum it give good aroma and flavour.
