Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop
Hai Friends I want to share something with you..My blogger friends kalyani from What’s Cooking and Srivalli from Cooking 4 all seasons hosted events in their blog..i send some of my recipes to them and they have made a round up for those recipes..You can find varieties of recipes that you can cook for Breakfast and recipes using Methi leaves..
Today’s recipe is Chicken Lollipop..This is one of the dish that is loved by kids,because of the name “Lollipop”…I used the readymade chicken lollipop pieces that you can find in all super market in the freezer section,The chicken that you fry can be served as it is,but I made a lovely sauce to go with it..I made this for my sister friends those who came last weekend to our house..They all loved it..So Hope you all will give this a try and let me know what you think..


Ingrediants:
Chicken Lollipop-1/2 kg
Onion-1 chopped finely
Chilli paste-1 tblspn
Tomato Sauce-1 tblspn
Soya Sauce-1 tblspn
Vinegar-1 tblspn
Spring onion-2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto-1 tsp
For Coating:
Cornflour-2 tblspn
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl add chicken with all the ingrediants given for coating..Let it marinate for 30 min.Then fry them in oil till golden and crisp.Drain them in paper towel and set them aside.
Mean time make the sauce..Heat oil and add in onions,fry till golden..
Add in chilli paste,soya sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar,salt and ajinomoto…
Now throw in the fried chicken pieces and toss well.
Sprinkle some spring onion and serve..

Season with salt and ajinomoto…In with fried chicken and toss well..Garnish with spring onion..
SERVE
Lunch served for sisters friends is this….
Steamed Rice,Paneer from Disney Land,Chicken Lollipop,Chilli Potatoes,Zebra Cake…
