    Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffins Recipe with step by step pictures . This is made with Tutti Fruity , Milk, Flour and plain Yogurt

     

    Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffins

    This is one muffins which i wanted to bake for so long, finally i made it..Yogurt is used as a egg replacer in this recipe and it worked like a charm..

    Past few weeks i was in full of muffin mood, I made quite a bit of muffin recipes as well..I have made few more recipes coming up..So stay tuned..

    Ingredients for Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffins

    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup / 180 grams
    • Sugar - ¾ cup / 150 grams
    • Cooking Oil - ½ cup / 120 ml
    • Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
    • Plain Yogurt / Thick Curd -  1 cup / 240 ml
    • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda -  ½ tsp
    • Baking Powder - 1 ¼ tsp
    • Tutti Fruity - ⅓ cup ( you can add chocolate chips or nuts)
    • Salt a pinch
    • All purpose flour / Maida - 1 teaspoon ( for tossing over tutti fruity)
    • Milk - ¼ cup or as needed to thin the batter
      (My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    How to make Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffins

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake wrappers and set aside.
    2. Take maida, salt in a sifter and sieve well. Set aside.
    3. Take tuti fruity in a bowl and sprinkle a teaspoon of flour in and mix well. Set aside
    4. Take sugar, oil and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
    5. Take yogurt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. It will get foamy.
    6. Add sugar mix in and mix well. Add in flour and mix well.
    7. Add little milk to thin the batter.
    8. Finally fold in the tutti fruity and mix well.
    9. Use a icecream scoop to scoop the batter and fill the muffin tray. Bake for 20 to 25 mins, insert a toothpick to check whether it is cooked or not.
    10. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
    11. Serve warm.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 ½ cup / 180 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida

    Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffins step by step pictures

     
    take all your ingredients
    line muffin tray with cupcake cases
    take flour in a sifter
    sieve it well
    take tutti fruity in a bowl
    add a teaspoon of flour
    toss gently and setaside
     
     
    take sugar in a bowl
    add in oil

     

    add vanilla
     
     
    mix well and set aside
    add in baking powder and baking soda
    mix well
    see how foamy it has become..this is what gives the muffins its light texture
    add in sugar mix
    mix well
    add flour in 
     
     
    add little milk
     
    fold gently
    add in the tutti fruity mix in
    fold gently
     
     
    now scoop the batter using icecream scoop
     
    fill the muffin cases 
    sprinkle some tutti fruity
    Bake them
    Serve warm

      I am always looking for eggless cakes/muffins recipes, I do eat eggs but don't like eggy smell. This is looking fabulous and will definitely try this, thanks :).

      @jaitali kolii think u can make cake too. same temp but it may take little more time.

      @Anonymousif u use wheat flour, the muffins may turn little denser. But still it will taste good. You can use half maida and half wheat

      I tried the recipe. It came out neatly with a little raising. But when cooled the middle portion went down. Why?

      I tried this recipie and it turned out awesome fluffy crumbly muffins.super liked by my family.took the pictures too.baked for 20 min at 180 c and last 5 min at 200 c.shall definitely try other recI pies. Thank you so much aarthi.
