Fresh Beetroot Juice Recipe
- Beetroot - 2 peeled and chopped
- Water as needed
- Sugar to taste
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Take beets and water in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Strain it and set aside.
- Add sugar and lemon to taste.
- Serve cold.
