Italian Salad Dressing Recipe

The dressing which you use in salad makes it wonderful. There are so many salad dressing which taste just yummy. I will be soon share the various version of it. This is my first and favourite salad dressing. It is a light olive oil based dressing with lots of herbs in them and is just yum. 

CHICKEN SALAD…I used this dressing in this wonderful salad. Take a look at it..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Makes: 1 cup of dressing

Ingredients:

Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
White Wine Vinegar – 3 to 4 tblspn
Garlic – 1 chopped very finely
Shallots – 1 chopped very finely
Honey – 1 tblspn
Red Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dried Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Dried Marjoram – 1/4 tsp
Parsley – 1 tblspn chopped very finely

Method:

Take oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk till it is emulsified. Now add all ingredients and mix well. Store it in a air tight bottle, shake before use.

Take all your ingredients
take oil in a bowl
add white wine vinegar
use a whisk to mix it
so the oil and vinegar will emulsify
now it is mixed
add honey
mix well
add in chopped shallots
add in garlic
mix well
add in salt, chilli flakes, oregano, marjoram, pepper
mix well
add in chopped parsley
mix well
done
store in a air tight container
