Leftover Cake Rusk Recipe

If you have some leftover cakes which have got hard or dry, then this is a great recipe to use it up. You can use any cake in this recipe, except the cakes with cream. This rusk stays good in a air tight container for more than 10 days. It taste great when had with tea or coffee.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Baking Time : 20 to 25 mins


Ingredients:

Leftover Cakes

Method:

Preheat oven to 160 degree C.

Slice leftover cake into strips and it is thick, cut it in 2 cm thickness.

Arrange it in a baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins till it crisp up.

Remove it and cool it down. Store it in a air tight container for more than a week.
